Block Schedule: 

As you will notice there is an extra day built into each block. Days with an asterisk (*) will only be used if we experience significant weather or other delays out of our control.

CANCELLATION:

If the event is forced to cancel on or prior to MAY 17th for any reason:

- You may receive 50% refund and will have a guaranteed spot for your team the following year.

If the event is forced to cancel between MAY 17th and the first day of the event for any reason:

- You will have a guaranteed spot for your team the following year.

**We would be more than happy to talk with you about our refund policy, how it was determined and any other questions you may have**

**Tournament directors will make all decisions on rink and weather safety.**

As a reminder we are a STAY TO PLAY event. All players/coaches attending are required to book through the link listed above. Also note that all local teams in the Greater Nashville area are exempt from this policy. If your team is outside of this area and not on the booking report you will be required to pay an additional stay-to-play fee of $300. We recommend coaches/team managers setup blocks for their teams and email out a link to everyone.
